if I was in your shoes I would ask Andreas Moritz (www.ener-chi.com). He used to have a very good forum here years ago. He would probably put him in condition of being able to do liver flushes, which are as inexpensive as amazingly effective in treating any kind of diseases. I'm sure Moritz would agree to help him without charging too much money, given his conditions.

you can meanwhile educate yourself browsing these many forums, but such a degree of disease requires a knowledgable person leading the treatments, as you can't afford losing time in trial and error.
