Yes, I can relate. I'm on day 29 of my water fast. What I have noticed about those cravings is I usually feel them when I drink alot of water. So now I only drink when thirsty and try not to force it. It has helped alot because the first 2 weeks of my fast I couldn't turn off the food network. Hang in there you're almost done. I'm fasting to completion for healing, are you fasting for weight loss?
