Like everyone said the first few days are the hardest, but once over that hump you'll be suprised at your lack of hunger and energy levels. As far as water be careful not to over drink because I found in my fast it stirs up the cravings and hunger. Last thing besides this site make sure you read all the wonderful fasting information links, if you don't have any I can send you mine, or ask the resident expert chrisb1.
