Thanks Seeking Him right now I am really having a hard time. I just read Uny's links and the one (see below) has me really worried.
Monitor growth and development patterns of students.
Identify students who may be at nutritional risk or who may have a common nutritional problem.
Notify parents/guardians of screening results with a recommendation to share findings with the student's health care provider for further evaluation and intervention if necessary.
That above paragraph was taken from the PA website and that is just a small sampling of their agenda! My husband doesn't like it either but in his words,"We have nothing to hide" so for him its an irritating Liberal law but he feels you can't fight the system.
Heck if they want to they can say that since I don't give my child milk I am not meeting their nutritional needs!!!!
