Hi.. I tried it for awhile, and just like anything else the results vary from person to person. It got me to a certain level of health and it's a decent way to get adequate calcium and other minerals but it, along with the rest of the regimen he touts, didn't bring me to 100%.
A lot of people like it; hey, if it's working for them keep using it. But one of the significant drawbacks of ML's presence here is that he has actively discouraged people from using other things mentioned on CZ that might help them, since it would detract from the attention he is seeking.
The whole pH thing/terrain balancing is valid IMO but is just the tail wagging the dog; when the body's eliminations are functioning the way they should, acidic waste will be removed fully and regularly and one has no need to megadose on minerals! Instead of thinking MORE alkaline, think LESS acid and you get a better picture. :) Well take care Vektek
