Newbie...Frequent urination question.

Hi all,

I am a newbie wondering if my frequent urination (started when I started working around a lot of chemicals) is related to my kidneys. I saw a macrobiotic specialist, and she said my kidneys were hard. I also notice it increases when I am constipated, but basically I have to 'go' every 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

I am wondering if anyone else has this symptom, were you able to get rid of it, and how?

Also, was the kidney flush helpful? I used the gallbladder flush before with great success.
