Re: Occational pain and discomfort after enema! Please Help!

Thanks for your reply, I am 16, male i have mild Acne so i wanted to try an enema.

Yeah 3 small enemas because i couldnt use all of the water all at once (1 cup), I just used mineral water with no salt or anything added.
I didnt use all of the cup, maybe half of the cup so not much water for each enema as i was abit scared.
I did 1 enema, them i waited maybe a 1 min then i pushed the contents out, like i would if i was going for a normal bowl movement. I did this 3x.
I ate an apple about 20 before the enema and ate immediatly after (quite alot).

I then started to feel bloated with little cramps and pains every so often.
I still do and that was almost 3 days ago.

I feel like there is trapped gas there or something, when i feel my abdomen it is quite firm and puffed out like there was something inside?!
