Re: Newbie...Frequent urination question.

I also have the frequent urination problem, and have had it for a long time. I can't seem to figure out what to do for it either. A Chinese lady that I used to talk to said the it means that your colon is holding onto water, so it's interesting that you said it gets worse when you are constipated. Your colon holding onto water would mean, I think, that it's pulling water out of your bm and then it gets too dry to pass. I have recently been getting out parasites, and I've been thinking that they would definitely hold onto water in the colon, so I'm looking forward to seeing if that helps the urination problem. Some nights I have noticed that I have slept for longer segments of time, but not always. Sometimes lately I've been having difficulty passing urine so I've been considering looking for an herb to help cleanse my kidneys, so that is why I am looking on this forum today. Sometimes I drink dandelion tea, and that does have a diuretic effect, but I don't know if it's helping the frequent urination problem. I feel like trying nettles, but I'm not sure if I should get the tincture or the tea. Have you ever tried nettles or cornsilk? Since you can pinpoint that it started when you were around chemicals, working on getting them out would probably be very beneficial. Have you ever tried chlorophyl? I think that is supposed to detoxify, and it helps the intestinal tract too. It's a very frustrating problem that is difficult to resolve. Let me know if you find anything that helps. Also, castor oil packs help to soften hard places in you body and pull out toxins.
