Horrible gas and bloating

I finally worked up the courage to do my first enema. Things went really well. I was very pleased and plan to continue to do more. A few hours later after I had had a couple of meals, I started having gas and bloating. I looked 3 months pregnant. I kept thinking I had to go to the bathroom and would run in there, but nothing would come out but alot of gas. Is this normal? Will this always happen when I do an enema? Does it eventually stop once you have done several enemas and are pretty clean inside? Tweet
