I have lots of food sensitivities , too, so I sympathize with you. There are days when I find it extremely depressing to be on such a limited diet. One food that I can tolerate well which is healthy and filling is avocado. Also, what about fish for protein? It's not as challenging as meat for the digestion. I've heard that Liver Flushing has helped many people overcome their food allergies , so that's one of the things I'm trying. I'm coming up on flush number 10 with no changes in my ability to tolerate certain foods. That's really depressing. I don't know what to try next. But I am going to keep liver flushing. All the best to you.
