congratulations on your fast! you sure deserve some amazing results.
the refeeding is really important though - by eating/drinking fresh fruits and vegetables in the first few weeks is imperative to the healing process. in a lot of ways, the refeeding is more crucial than the fast itself.
i fasted to completion (mine was 36-days, but i had done previous fasts of 26-days and 14-days) and i adhered to a really strict refeeding diet for about 50-days after breaking that fast. i only had fruits and vegetables, mostly raw. i did not have any carbohydrates for those 50-days. towards the end of refeeding, i had protein drinks (almond milk, iso-whey powder, nuts, lecithin and either blueberries/raspberries or bananas). i was also fasting for healing and i believe that my healing continued during the refeeding.
