Labial salivary glands biopsy / Update

The result of the labial salivary glands biopsy suggests that I suffer from the Gougerot-Sjögren's syndrome (auto-immune disorder) but the blood analysis is normal and doesn't come to this conclusion.

My doctor tells me to come back in a year to watch that.

Comment: I suffer from e.c. since the age of 17 after mainly a lip injury. Now, I'm 29, so it has been 12 years that I have to cope with that.
In my case, the best thing to feel better is to take ZOLOFT - an anti-depressant- because this condition can easily lead to Depression (especially because you can not express yourself the way you would like, that is to say the way you used to before having e.c.) About the pain: it is hard to feel this repetitive burning sensation during years... This medicine helps me a lot to regain confidence - to have a better social life, to have a better sleep - and not to focus on the E.C.

Best regards
