# 2.. How many sessions do you have it on for? Do you use it until you actually feel the endorphins releasing ?

I have always used #2.. really makes me sleepy.. but, maybe it's not the right setting for anxiety..
As for EFT, I have tried if before, I think I have talked with you before!! Unfortunately, it didn't work for me and I had a very good practitioner.. I think that EFT is best and quick for simple things.. I have PTSD with multiple traumas, and it is very hard to treat.. EMDR has been the only life saver for me me and has helped so much, however in between my sessions if I should get a flareup (which has been getting less) I think the biotuner should be able to work !? I really wish that there was more user information on it..it's a big drawback..
