Re: Biotuner Setting help needed for sleep/anxiety

Hi Steve.
Yes, Setting 2 makes me sleepy, but it doesn't help with fearful thoughts and subsequent panic attack. I have been using this setting almost everyday since dec 08. On the nights that I am calm, I sleep very deeply, however on the nights that I get the triggering fearful thoughts, my brain switches to being alert even though I had 3 sessions on setting 2. If setting 2 is the best for the deeply imbedded stress patterns then I guess the unit does not help me and is overrated... or let's just say it is good for less severe cases of anxiety and depression, not panic attacks. I have not seen many testimonials on the website anyway for the BT7..
it seems like most people are more interested in the other Beck products by the looks of this forum.

I'm going to try setting 3 tonight just to see though..
I'll let you know if there's anything positive .

P.S. i wondering if the other CES units that are 100Hz
work better for panic attacks like the Alphastim which specifically claims this. Problem is is that it is much more expensive.. Do you think the 100hz units are more effective ? Here's one called the CES Ultra which has 100 Hz - cheaper than the Alphastim.. http://www.elixa.com/estim/CES%20Ultra.htm

Thanks again for your reply
