Hi. I use Magnesium Oil as opposed to Epsom . I find it works much better - spraying it on body and then also do baths 1x a week. I really feel the rejuvenating effects however it is expensive. Thanks for the input!

Steve - I have tried BSFF if you can believe it. I got the whole manual download - no results. I'm more sceptical of it than EFT. Have you actually got results from BSFF ?

I was speaking to someone who sells all the CES units
and he said that the 100hz units might be better for anxiety/panic because they are slower frequencies.
I like the manual for the CESta (below). The A2 would be an ideal setting for me, just that the thing is very expensive.
Still if it worked, it would be worth the money.
Im trying the Biotuner now on setting 3 and I am feeling a little hyper - very aware.. I'm going to end with one session of 2 and see how it goes...
