Second attempt. Which side to lie on for CE?

Hi all,

I tried once before, about a week ago, and while there were many views, I received no replies. So, here is my second attempt.

My question is simple. When doing coffee enemas, what side to lie on? I saw a few posts here that say to lie on left side. However, the Gerson therapy (where the Coffee-Enema was popularised) says to lie on your right side. So, which one is right?

I haven't tried on my right side yet, but when I lay on my left side, the gurgling that I hear (without a stethoscope) comes mainly from my left side. Also, for the rest of the day, I'm running to the toilet ten minutes after I drink anything (to urinate). So, it's almost as if lying on left side puts pressure on the kidneys and/or bladder, or something. I don't know.

Could someone please help clear up this lying on right/left side thing for me. Thanks so much.
