If the studies were ever existant, the results were destroyed to hide them from the public. This is not just true for Cesium. Cesium is too cheap, too fast, and too profit destroying.

I personally have taken Cesium with no bad effect.

The ACS would never ever fund such a study, nor would the NCI or any established cancer research fund except the AICR.
