Just want to let everybody know from my experience that lifestyle and diet does make a big difference. Since cleansing and Liver Flushing and especially keeping a diet of fruits and veggies - I have ZERO symptoms. No hot flashes or mood swings NOTHING. But, if I falter and eat any kind of crap (even like an hour or so after) or some especially alcohol, wine etc., then I'll start having hot flashes again. And I don't like them at all - they make me feel ill and hot at the same time.
I don't think God meant for us to have terrible symptoms with menopause. Women have them because of a terrible diet and lifestyle.
Menopause has not been a bad experience for me so far these past 2 years.
