Re: at the dentist today
he didn't give me a choice about which composite to use but I forgot to ask him the name of it. I know he needed a laser to harden the composite and it took much longer than the old
Amalgam fillings used to. afterwards there was a lot of polishing going on which I wasnt expecting. It's a very smooth finish but its right at the back so I can't see what it actually looks like.
interesting thing, I started taking the chlorella yesterday and, after having constant joint pain for two whole weeks within an hour it diminished drastically. It's returned a little bit tonight and I have a horrible feeling I might be a bit intolerant of the chlorella so I took a candex tonight which contains cellulase which, I think, helps to digest the chlorella.
I have very little tinnitus tonight. Sometimes by this time of night its screaming so thats a good sign too. I have these good patches so nothing to go by.
The next three he is doing all at once next tuesday. It's going to take an hour. aching jaw after that for sure.
