Ick, exercise!! I hate ,hate,hate the time leading up to it.I will be in a bad mood just knowing I have to do it. But when im doing it, I LOVE IT! and afterwards I feel soo good about what I just did. Why do we make it out to be such a horrible activity? My problem is that on monday(usually) I hop on my treadmill and start walking(very hard and fast) and dont stop, I just go on and on. I have to force myself to stop at an hour.Then the rest of the week Im too sore and tired to make it on again,lol. I say that im going to continue with my floor workouts and weights but I rarely do. I get really into working out for a few weeks at a time but then it dies down again.Its so hard to keep regular at it! I really need to be held acocuntable by someone!
