Re: Ummmmm....

How can we possibly know all the facts and protect national security? We don't need to know them, it is not our job, nor is it the governments to spoon feed us to make us feel better about their actions. Saddam is being evasive when he is supposed to be proving that he has disarmed. Says the UN, not the US. I personally think they have told us TOO much. Do you really think Pedident Bush wants to have a war? Do you really think he just wants to flex our military muscle because he can? I think if anyone thinks they can do it better, go ahead, run for office, make a difference. Bad mouthing the government without trying to change it is the equivilent of being an armchair quarterback, just a bag of hot air.

What would I say to those boys? I have cried for them. I have two young boys, other mothers lost theirs. I hate to see people abusing the freedom they fought for. I hate some of the filth called 'art', trash that is obscene is protected under freedom of speech. Is that what they fought for?

Personally, I have lost no freedom, I have seen no erosion of legitimate freedom. Slow downs, yes, questions, yes. That's fine, I have time and not a thing to hide.

We, the public, feel we have the right to know every detail. Well, we don't. Deal with it.
