My issue is this. I have a problem sleeping through the night. I need 6 hours of sleep less than that is when the problem starts. I had it a lot worse over the last few years until this past December I finally found a doctor that clued me into Candida being at least a big part of my problem. It was getting better I took Difulcan for 2 two weeks periods. I also came across a University of Maryland study which recommended oil of Oregano vitamin B and a bunch of other stuff. The first night I took all that stuff I slept better than I had in years, but kind of like a drug addict chasing his first high that only happened that first night. It gets a little better it comes back, and this week so far has been as bad as it has been in a while. Being able to make if home from work with out having to take a nap on the way. How or what does a person have to do or take to be normal or healthy again
