The lease expensive brand I have found is Bubbies (they sell sauerkraut, pickles and horseradish). If you go to the local food co-ops they should stock this one and have other brands as well. Bubbies does not declare that their brand is raw, but it is. Their brand has been around for a long while, and I think they just don't worry about designing a new label to saw they are raw, because their buyers already understand that it is.

I myself can feel a boost in pro-biotics when I use it.
