Parasites, stool tests & Good E-Coli Baceria in Relation to Insomnia

I agree you probably have parasites--they are usually the underlying cause of candida. I JUST got my NEGATIVE results back from GENOVA LABORATORIES (They are notorious for giving negative results when people definitely have parasites). So save your $$.

Visit the Parasite:Drugs forum--we have the best troubleshooters there! parasites are most active at night--mine are driving me crazy right now!

Anyway, my test results DID reveal I had NO GROWTH of various good bacteria, including the good E-Coli which REGULATES OUR SLEEP! See below (I am ordering this stuff):

Is the Nissels strain of E. coli. This much maligned bacteria is an essential anaerobic bacteria in the human digestive tract, necessary for the end stages of protein digestion. E. Coli is essential to digesting protein into peptides and amino acids. It is now known that part of curing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is to restore E. Coli into the intestines as it is what the body needs for sleep and energy. Also it is now known that if you have insomnia you may have an E. Coli deficiency and are unable to create enough tryptophan to induce deep sleep. So part of curing a insomnia is taking E. coli. Any Antibiotic usage in the past can destroy E. coli and other friendly flora.
