Very good. And I'd also add:

4) When you're coming off an offramp and need to merge onto the freeway, you absolutely must start inching into the guys lane that will be matching speeds with you. And it's critical that you sell it by pretending not to see them so they have a reasonable expectation of being smashed into.

5) When appoaching a slower car ahead of you on the freeway, speed up to them as fast as possible making a collision also appear imminent. Once you get to within 5 feet of the car, fling yourself in the lane next to them, floor it, and immediately re-enter their lane 5 feet in front of them at a speed that requires them to brake.

6) There's no necessity to have either hand on the wheel when on the freeway if you happen to be:

a) texting
b) looking for a CD; or
c) smoking and being on the phone at the same time.
