I agree with you, DON'T EAT IT BREAD! It make your candida SO happy!
But, I have to just say, I love buckwheat flour and buckwheat pancakes. I would love to have them once a month. But maybe not!
I am not on any flour products, but every morning I eat quinoa. I am just not up for protein(eggs or something in the morning) and need more energy than a green drink. And I am not eating fruit right now because of candida. I seem to need the carb to get the day started. Do you think quinoa once a day is that bad? If it is, what can you suggest for a hearty breakfast?
