I am on my second week of anti-Candida diet but I have had some confusion about what I can and can't eat.
Right now I am only eating allowed/unprocessed meats, fats, and veggetables because I want to be as thorouogh as possible to starve out the growth and get past all this.
I've seen sources saying that fruit is okay, quinoa is okay, even Manna Bread and certain other grains.
Does eating these things feed the yeast, but LESS so than processed/refined sugars?
*I was under the impression ANY carbs feed the yeast, but these will do the least damage*
Or can you eat them and still be just as thorough with cleaning out the yeast?
I don't want to compromise...but if I could be eating one of these carb sources and not slowing the healing process, I certainly want to!
