Yeah I'd read that as well. It should be very interesting. For a while now I've been questioning just how important the alkalinity thing is. I'm starting to believe it's all the co-factors such as alkaline foods in many cases containing a great deal of enzymes, minerals or what have you which seems like the true benefit of eating in this way rather than the pH shift itself.
The only thing that still makes me believe it could be of benefit is basically what my question is regarding.
