Throbbing, radiating back/kidney pain after sweat loss?

I don't know what has caused these episodes, but I suspect the salt water flush may have played a role.

I did my first salt water flush in May and my 2nd salt water flush about a month after that. It was a week after that 2nd flush that I first ran into this. I was running and lost a lot of sweat. Then later in the day I was driving around in a hot car with no air conditioning and lost a lot of sweat again. In the middle of that night, I noticed my back felt all locked up. The next day it was hard to lean forward or bend down. The pain seemed to originate around my left kidney and really throbbed deep in my back.

I figured there was some kind of electrolyte imbalance, because of how much sweat I lost. (I should note that I drink a lot of reverse osmosis water every day, so I always rehydrate.) That weekend I added Sea Salt to a lot of my water. 3-4 days later and it was gone.

So last Friday, I am exercising and losing sweat, nothing excessive, and later in the day I am really urinating a lot. I have frequent urination most of the time, but Friday evening I was going shortly after I consumed any liquid. That happens with me though, nothing out of the norm.

Friday night, I wake up shortly after falling asleep with that same pain, like my back is bruised, and it's coming from the same spot, the left side, middle of the back.

I've been adding the Sea Salt again, but it's still lingering and it's Monday. I have thyroid/adrenal issues and I am fairly certain they play a role here.

I am researching electrolyte imbalances, but I just wanted to hear if anyone has any insight as to what this might be.
