dr. lam - has he helped or hurt you???

I am considering a $450 phone appt with him tomorrow. i have severe chronic insomnia that is no longer being affected by sleep meds. i am at my whits end and am considering talking to him but he refused to give me any referels and seemed upset that i asked him (as though i was debating him).

i'd like to hope that he can help me but i can't afford to be hurt by him.
