listen when i write "hopeisalive" this is for myself and my own personal situation. You don't have to buy the mccombs plan by any means at all. I am doing it myself currently. I was only trying to give you some good resources. If its not for you its fine. I mean I am just a young kid going through my own personal candida situation. I don't feel ashamed by any means because I legitimately wanted to provide you a good resource. Its fine if you decide its not for you its just in my research health food stores for the most part don't have the best supplementation. Of course there are exceptions.
