Recipe is 1 cup squeezed lemon to 7 cups distilled water with 1 teaspoon of rock salt(this is what you drink)...2 Tablespoons of VCO(Organic, raw,extra-virgin unrefined expeller or cold pressed unbleached not deodorized) every 2 hours(up to 12 a day)...Live cultured Plain Yogurt for snacks...I did it for 3 days and it was easy...only got hungry when I ran out of yogurt.
