Re: adaptogens, glandulars, St.John's Wort and the like,,,

Personally when I was at my worst, I tried quite a few different things from basic glandulars, Isocort (eeeek!), Pregnenolone & specific vitamins such as B5. I found that all of these things made me over-react. When I started relying on nutritional yeast for Bs & using low doses of a bunch of adaptogenics like Astragalus & Ashwagandha I felt much better for it.

Besides the Ashwagandha to help you sleep you can always try lemon balm, passionflower & skullcap. Steep the bulk teas in a pot of mildly boiling water for about 30min+ so you get a lot out of them. Then pour the brew through a strainer and drink before bed. Should be lights out.

Are there any other reasons you can't sleep such are congestion, over-thinking? Maybe consider trying a magnesium drink to help you relax such as Calm or theres always L-Theanine (just make sure it doesn't have any caffeine in it).
