Can anyone help explain why taking burdock would be causing me fatigue. I have been quite healthy for the last year gradually building up my adrenals by taking these supplements with every meal:
- 1 future formulations super adrenal supplement
- 1 vitamin E & selenium
In the last week I have also been taking this with every meal as well:
- 1 omega 3 oil
The above supplements have gradually started to make my stools more brown too, and this is amazing because I have gilberts syndrome and never managed to maintain brown stools consistently. Its early days yet.
Anyway, Im digressing. I realised that every time I take a liver / bile stimulating herb it exacerbates my constipation. Remembering what the chinese doctor said, that I have damp spleen made me consider another reason why my stools aren't brown. So I decided to take a burdock tincture, with the intention of helping to purify my blood. Over the last few days, sunday - tuesday I have been experiencing worse fatigue. This morning, after a good nights sleep, I feel so wiped I just can't face work. Can anyone suggest why this might be happening?
