Read before purchasing...Re: Bought same brand / different model...Re: does anyone know about this distiller?

There is one more thing I should mention. This company did not send me a written warranty for my distiller. When I called about this they reassured me that they would take care of any problems that occured, but still did not provide me anything in writing. Fortunately, we have not had any problems that needed addressed, but this does make me question the business practices of this company.

If a written warranty is important to you, I would suggest that you check into that before you make a purchase. Tweet
