we all need healthy fats and oils
And there is the same quality issue with them as with all other foods.
When one finds top quality, they are better tolerated.
Coconut oil, extra virgin, is often good.
Olive oils can be, but best to test with a refractometer. * The few really fine, almost medicinal ones are NOT the most expensive and exotic.
If open to eating fish, canned wild salmon, mackerel, sardines, anchovies can provide some of this need.
As mentioned, if one's adrenals are shot, one should use VEERY LITTLE at a time!!! Experiment and see what amount of a given fat/oil source makes you feel good and energized rather than drained after eating. That is the amount that is right for you.
Being significantly tired, foggy headed after eating is a sign of either poor quality or too much at once. BM's that are "floaters" also indicates you consumed more fats than you were currently able to digest and assimilate.
