Re: Do I have magnesium wasting?

I came across your posting yesterday as I was looking up magnesium wasting.

Magnesium deficiency is common. Most people do not get enough. A wonderful website, if you have not already found it, is http://www.magnesiumforlife.com

Applying magnesium chloride topically is a better way of getting the magnesium you need without it causing loose stools.

Magnesium is essential in detoxification. Maybe as you increased your magnesium levels your body began to be able to detoxify other substances out and this cause you to feel "crappy" again.

Another good website is http://www.drlwilson.com
Dr. Lawrence Wilson deals with mineral balancing in the body.

Your minerals may not be balanced and you need a comprehensive approach based on your particular needs.
Magnesium is only a part of that.

Detoxification takes time and perseverance. You experience ups and downs. You don't feel great when you detoxify.

Anyway, I hope you read this and find help.

I just had two big mercury Amalgams removed and have had a rough 8 days. I knew I might but I never like feeling bad.
I am glad I only have one little filling left to change out.

I hope this is helpful in some way.
