You might find apples and pears are ok for Candida ... the more starchy fruits don't tend to help.
I think you'll find all types of seaweed really useful for a candida program - I love irish moss, you can get raw irish moss and make puddings with it. It's almost tasteless, but highly nutritional. You can blend it with raw cacao powder, maca and some stevia/xylitol .. and you'll have a fantastic chocolate pudding that is good for Candida :-)
I'm BIG on superfoods too :-) I have superfood smoothies most days. I'll post up some really good superfood recipes when I have time. I learnt a lot from David Wolfe, I love his work and he was in the UK last year.
Do some research on medicinal mushrooms (like Reishi) - you'll find them really helpful for Candida.
