Today is day 1 of my 26 day fast to get in shape for halloween. I thought about a 42 day fast but if I last for 26 days, I will most definitely try the 42 day fast. I recently gained 15 lbs over the past month and half, it's pretty bad. I really want to/need to lose it for halloween, I can't believe how bad my eating has gotten so I hope that fasting will help me turn my diet around.
I already have really strong cravings, I really want sushi, which I haven't had in a really long time. I'm still somewhat conflicted on fasting, I just really hope I don't convince myself to quit! I really need some support and reasons why fasting is good? I mean I know fasting isn't the best way to lose weight but it's what I really need right now.
