i eat a lot of raw dry cayenne powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, herbs de provence. (all organic)
i also much on fresh raw ginger.
i was wondering if this is safe to do, and if they are more effective cooked or raw. it may be different for each one.
i have been eating this way for 6 + months and i am fine, the spices seem to help with digestion too. i was just wondering if there are any dangers. i know they can dry me out, but if i drink water im fine.
cooking or heating sometimes activates these spices i know and makes them more potent...such as cayenne. so i end up using a bit more when i use it uncooked.
