Read up on the psyllium and Bentonite Colon Cleanse throughout this forum. The prep kit essentially consists of a saline solution...much like the Epsom Salts flush....and a powerful chemical laxative....AVOID USING IT on any regular basis! This clears out the newer fecal material and loosened waste, but does not address the older mucoid plaque...get rid of that and you'll feel like a BILLION bucks! Tweet
