nbjasmine,
you have low but not dangerously low potassium levels and a slight elevation in Liver enzymes.

This is nothing to be overly concerned about.
Your body will conserve those vital elements such as electrolytes on your fast up to a point and where day 16 is relatively early in the fasting state to be concerned about deficiencies.
A fast will also resolve your fatty liver to a great extent, depending on its length, and where a second extended fast may be necessary (with a careful refeeding programme in between) to achieve its full healing potential, as the healing powers of the body are concentrated on the vital organs as a matter of priority...............

Fasting then will vastly improve your fatty liver, but beyond the 20 30 day stage it would be wise to keep a check on all of your electrolyte levels and where this may determine the length of your fast.
The fast is only as efficient as your food reserves will allow and your previous diet will also determine this.
