Thanks, but that still doesn't answer my question. I'm not fasting to lose weight, but for a health condition. I wanted to know how I know when I am nearing my "reserves" and reaching a level where I know I need to break my fast.
I have seen those that have fasted "to completion" and they look like refugee camp survivors but I know that they are perfectly healthy. I personally would like to know if it's safe for one to fast down that far without supervision? And if so, how do you know when to break the fast?
