I have heard that hunger is "acids" that are burning the stomach lining and not true hunger. If, when fasting, one is getting rid of these acids, I can see why we would feel this "burning" in the stomach.

If one is close to normal weight how long of a fast or how many fasts would bring all of these impurities out to the point where one does not experiences these sensations anymore?
