Documenting Colonix Results on Blog, but first...

Hi everyone,

I have been following a strict parasite and candida cleanse diet for the past few weeks and finally decided to start using Dr. Natura's Colonix (and adding Toxinout in a month).

I have found it very helpful to read others' reviews and reactions, so I plan to document my journey through the next two months as well.

First, I wanted to see if anyone has advice on what kind of diet to follow while on Colonix. I haven't been able to find much info on whether I need to still follow the strict diet (no sugar, no fruit, no carbs, etc.)

The Colonix directions even say to mix the fiber with fruit juice, which I thought was a no-no on a parasite cleanse.

Please help!
