Hve, How about acacia fiber for a prebiotic to build up the flora? That is what I use. Also, do you think probiotics have to have a enteric coating to protect them from the stomach acidity, so they can make it viably to the small intestines?
At nightime, I use a combination cal/mag that is calcium citrate and magnesium oxide. Would the calcium citrate in the product neutralize the magnesium oxide and turn it into magnesium citrate? I have heard you say we are supposed to take them separately, but if we do take them together would this be okay?
