yes, we should get back to the aims of the forum as this thread did digress a little, but then water-fasting will have many affinities with other closely related subjects such as pre-fast and post-fast diets and so on. It is difficult sometimes knowing where exactly to draw the line.
I certainly hope you know what you are doing with what I believe to be a high protein diet, and which I think 100 to 120 grams per day could be counted as.
I was always under the impression that 1 gram for each Kg of bodyweight was sufficient, although nutritional authorities do differ on this.
I am also uncertain what you mean by "phytonutrients are poison to animals" which they are not of course. Perhaps you would like to explain this out of interest, as opposed to debating it which I am not going to.
