i have been feeling that same lightheadedness. i just remind myself to move slower when getting up. i almost passed out blow drying my hair a few times- i hang my head upside down, then flip it upright to finish. bad idea, that flipping thing, when your blood Sugar is really low, lol.
i also have found myself planning meals through the new year! i'm going to eat this, i'm going to cook that... i realized this was a "spiritual obstacle" for me so i tore up the pages from a notebook (yes i was really writing the meals down!) and burned them.
i was going to break my fast with kefir. in fact, i was quite determined to do so at first. now i am having second thoughts. it now intuitively seems like the wrong thing for my body, even though i really wanted the probiotics. now i am looking into vegetable soup recipes also, along with the greens i plan on having. the greens sound so good, and astringent, which my body seems to crave right now. post any good soup recipes you find.
what are anyone's thoughts on miso soup? i can make one that is low sodium. does anyone know if this would do damage or good breaking a fast?
