So here's a question for anybody who is willing to provide me any insight. I attempted my first fast last week but failed miserably. I generally weigh in around 170 lbs without fasting. I fasted 4 days on water/juice and was down to 166, then I busted it completely after a few beers. I know, i know:) So, I ate normal again for 3 days and am starting again today. However, in that span of 3 days, I managed to put on 14 lbs?? I dont get it! I only at 2 normal meals each day, it's not like I consumed 10000 calories each day. Does anybody have any idea why the massive weight gain in such a short period of time? Thanks for any information, viewpoints, etc. Looking forward to actually completing this fast.
