Hi, I think you need more than a fast. Dig deep inside and find out the root of your problems. Depressions stems from somewhere and the reasons may vary; with you, I think it's safe to say that you're insecure and lacking self-esteem. These negative feelings about yourself will continue to grow even after you lose weight, even after your skin has cleared up, your hair oil-free, even after...whatever! Deal with it now rather than cover it up with excuses. I have to say that being promiscuous/sleeping around with different men is NOT a good excuse, that's pitiful and it shows the lack of respect you have for yourself. A fast is not a miracle...what you're doing now will continue even after a fast. You need to somewhat deal with the issue now. It's not going to automatically be switched off. I don't know what to tell ya. Good luck and dive deep into your problems and face them! A fast is a good start. Hope I did not come off too judgmental and insensitive; not my intentions. Take care.
